Three Gold Coast business people have been recognised as being among Australia’s best e-commerce operators.

Kim Zorn, Jennifer Gilbert and Tara McKeon were named in the top 10 of Inside Retail’s Top 50 People in E-Commerce for 2025.

Ms Zorn, the Global Performance Director at Princess Polly was number 4 on the list with Ms Gilbert, Head of Global eCommerce at Nutra Organics, and Ms McKeon, the Director at Proud Poppy Clothing, 7th and 8th.

Run in partnership with Australia Post, the rankings aim to celebrate the leaders and innovators driving change within the eCommerce sector.

Australia Post Executive General Manager Parcel, Post, and eCommerce services Gary Starr said this year’s number 1 was Oz Hair & Beauty Co-Founder and COO Guy Nappa.

Mr Starr said Mr Nappa was a standout amongst the judging panel for transforming Oz Hair & Beauty into an innovative omnichannel business, achieving significant expansion and growth.

“The Top 50 have shown a laser focus on transforming the customer experience, rivalling global competitors, and leveraging leading GenAI technology to build efficiencies,” he said.

Inside Retail Managing Editor, Features and Premium Heather McIlvaine said over the 10 years of the rankings almost 300 people had been recognised.

Ms McIlvaine said 15 of those had been named in five or more editions.

“One person has appeared in the Top 50 more times than anyone else – Julie Mathers, the CEO of Snuggle Hunny and founder of Flora & Fauna, who has made it into eight editions, including this one, and topped our list twice, in 2019 and 2021.”
