McCullough Robertson Lawyers (MCR) has announced the appointment of Melissa Miller as a Partner in its Digital and IP team based in Sydney.
This appointment continues the growth of the firm’s Sydney office as it heads towards its centenary in 2026.
Ms Miller joins McR after 15 years at King & Wood Mallesons.
At King & Wood Mallesons her practice areas included commercial transactions encompassing intellectual property, technology, privacy and data protection, trademarks, copyright, consumer law, food law and regulatory matters, across food and agribusiness and consumer sectors.

“Melissa’s appointment is extremely exciting for our domestic and international clients and our Sydney office,” Mr Clarke said.
“It builds on the recent additions of Kara Mezinec, Mark Riddington, Natalie Kurdian, Kate Peterson, Chris Barr, Nathan Roberts and Stephen Iu to the Sydney partnership.”

“Since 1926 we have prided ourselves on being approachable experts who relate to and support our clients and our people, always.” she said.
“I know our people will benefit from Melissa’s focus on mentorship and development, and I am looking forward to collaborating with her.”
