The burning desires and sex musings shaping Brisbane and the nation’s bedroom conversations have been revealed in a study of the most Googled sex questions.
Topping the Brisbane list, and also Australia’s number one was “What is BDSM?” according to the study by online sexual wellness retailer Lovehoney.
A Lovehoney spokesperson said the results suggested people were curious and open to exploring alternative sexual practices.
“The search trends highlighted in this report reflect a diverse range of sexual interests and concerns,” the spokesperson said.
“With BDSM ranking first, it’s clear there is significant interest among Australians in exploring alternative sexual practices and a desire to understand the dynamics of power and pleasure within relationships.”
Brisbane’s top 10 most Googled sex questions for the past 12 months were:
