Brisbane executive Susan Fraser is the new CEO of the national body which manages the regulatory framework for electronic conveyancing of property in Australia.
Ms Fraser, an experienced professional specialising in governance, compliance, and strategic advisory, took the reins of the Australian Registrars’ National Electronic Conveyancing Council (ARNECC) last month.
Previously, she held executive roles in diverse Australian public and private sector organisations, most recently as Australia Post’s Chief Audit Executive and as a CFO Advisory Partner with Deloitte Australia.
An ARNECC statement said Ms Fraser had also been an Assistant Auditor-General at the Victorian Auditor-General’s Office and a Specialist Director at the Queensland Audit Office.
“As CEO, Susan will develop the strategy for delivering ARNECC’s vision of a world-leading national electronic conveyancing system that is trusted, effective and accessible.
“She will be responsible for establishing strong relationships with other Commonwealth and State Regulatory bodies and providing the thought leadership to deliver ARNECC 2.0 as an effective and efficient decision-maker.”
