McR celebrates two lawyers of the year

McCullough Robertson Partners Damien Clarke and Tim Longwill have been recognised as Lawyers of the Year in the 2027 Best Lawyers rankings released today.

Mr Clarke received the honour in Commercial Law and Mr Longwill in Education Law.

They are among 50 McR lawyers recognised across 43 categories of awards.

Mr Clarke is Joint Managing Partner of the firm. He has been practising for 35 years, giving corporate, commercial and taxation advice to international and domestic clients.

This includes leading the firm’s Resources & Renewables Industry Group since its formation in 2001, serving the mining, energy, and natural resources industries.

Mr Longwill is a senior employment relations practitioner and the firm’s Pro Bono Partner.

He has practised in the area for more than 25 years, providing strategic and operational advice on all aspects of the health and aged care industries including legislative compliance, human resources and business drivers.

Mr Longwill has also acted for clients in the not-for-profit sector, private providers, and government. He has been involved in many of the landmark workplace relations decisions in these sectors.
