A 20-year industry veteran has been appointed Chief Operating Officer at a leading Brisbane-based strategic communication agency.

Scott Jenson, who has held senior commercial operations and business strategy roles at organisations such as Nova Entertainment, Melbourne Racing Club, and Clemenger BBDO, will steer the growth and evolution of Rowland.

Rowland Chairman Geoff Rodgers said Mr Jenson’s appointment reinforced the firm’s commitment to innovation, quality, and scale.

“Scott has a proven track record leading sales and marketing, strategy, and advisory services across corporate, government, and consulting sectors for national and multinational brands,” Mr Rodgers said.

He said Mr Jenson would guide Rowland’s day-to-day operations, support client service delivery, and oversee commercial performance and strategic development as the firm continued to expand its integrated offering and grow its national and international footprint.

“Scott’s deep expertise in commercial leadership and strategic thinking makes him the ideal choice to help guide the next chapter of our journey.”
