Nominations are officially open for the 2026 Premier of Queensland Export Awards.
The awards celebrate the achievements of businesses in the state’s $138.9 billion export industry.
They recognise companies capitalising on the State’s “trade reset”, and Trade and Investment Queensland will provide free assistance to firms who wish to nominate for an award.
Minister for Finance, Trade, Employment and Training Ros Bates said the awards recognised the businesses playing a key role in Queensland’s economic growth.
“Queensland exporters are competing in some of the toughest global markets, and these awards recognise the ambition and grit it takes to win,” Minister Bates said.
Bundaberg based Marquis Macadamias won last year’s award for Agribusiness, Food and Beverage.
Chief Executive Ben Adams said the recognition had a huge impact on everybody involved in the business.
“It flows all the way back to the growers and just sharing that with them and giving them the experience that they are part of a winning organisation, and a winning industry is really good,” Mr Adam said.
Applications close on June 12, 2026 with winners to represent Queensland at the Australian Export Awards in Canberra later this year.
