A six-storey multi-unit residential building is planned for Beesley St, West End.

The development application, lodged with Brisbane City Council, proposes a 42-unit complex at 28 Beesley St, on the corner of Filmer St in the inner-city Brisbane suburb.

The plans accommodate 30 two-bedroom units and 12 three-bedroom units, as well as an undercroft and ground-level parking with 45 spaces.

The complex, which will replace an existing commercial office building, will also have a 656 sqm communal area.
