Three-tower complex planned for South Brisbane

Updated plans for a multi-tower complex, including the first 50-storey tower outside the CBD, have been submitted to Brisbane City Council. (ARTIST’S IMPRESSION BELOW)

Aria Property Group have lodged a development application for a mixed-use development on a 7295m² block bordered by Melbourne, Manning, and Edmondstone streets in South Brisbane.

The proposed complex consists of three towers, of 24, 36, and 50 storeys respectively, featuring 678 residential apartments, in total, and a 216-room hotel.

There will be a mix of one, two and three-bedroom apartments as well as three penthouses.

The complex features a number of communal spaces across the towers, including wellness centres, rooftop pools, gyms, and dining areas.

There is also 3650m² of public open space, including a 1600m² central park, with connecting laneways and retail areas.

This development application supersedes Aria’s previous development application for a two tower development on the Melbourne St and Edmondstone St sides of the project. as well a previous Manning St application.
