Kozcorp Projects has lodged a development application for 24-unit, nine level residential building at 435 Montague Rd, West End.
It will feature a mix of 2-and-3 bedroom units across five levels, with a 97m2 commercial tenancy on the lowest of those levels.
A communal rooftop will feature a pool, BBQ area, outdoor seating and a wine cellar and three parking levels will house 57 car parks, with 50 reserved for residents.
There will also be provision for 30 bicycle spaces.
