Bidding has opened on eight prime beachside land parcels in Port Douglas in North Queensland.
The land is part of the BeCHe Estate and is around 350m from Four Mile Beach, next to the Pullman Port Douglas Sea Temple Resort and Spa.
Lloyds Auctions said in a statement that buyers could purchase individual lots or the full eight-lot holding.
Port Douglas attracts more than 620,000 visitors annually, with overnight visitors averaging stays of 9.7 nights.
Lloyds Auctions Chief Operations Officer Lee Hames said these types of land opportunities were increasingly hard to find.
“To have the final eight parcels in a boutique estate released as land-only lots, this close to Four Mile Beach and within one of the country’s most recognised tourism destinations, gives the offering broad appeal across a number of buyer groups,” he said.
BeCHe has been developed by Cavall Investments and delivered by Allaro Homes.
Eight homes are currently under construction on the estate. Buyers can select from priced home designs for each lot, work with Allaro Homes on a bespoke residence, or secure the land and build at a later stage.
