Apartments in the tallest tower of Brisbane’s Queens Wharf precinct have opened for sale, with rooms also available for short stays.
The Queens Wharf Residences – a collection of more than 170 contemporary one, two and three-bedroom apartments – are operated by Minor Hotels Australasia (which includes Oaks Hotels, Resorts and Suites).
Each residence features a private balcony, with views of the Brisbane River, Botanical Gardens, and the city skyline.
The Residences blend sleek design with natural elements. Its curved glass exterior is said to make “a bold mark on the city skyline”, with greenery woven into the facade, softening the structure and creating a connection to nature. The natural aesthetic continues inside, with each apartment featuring subtle colours and natural materials.
Guests have access to a wine lounge, lap pool, sauna and steam room, a gym and yoga space. Plus there are many dining, retail, wellness, conference and art experiences which are set to appeal to leisure and corporate guests.
Minor Hotels Australasia Chief Operating Officer Craig Hooley said Australians were increasingly embracing mixed-use precincts for their convenience and lifestyle benefits.
“Every detail of the Queen’s Wharf Residences is designed around the guest experience. After waking up to breathtaking views of the city, mornings can be spent with a yoga session overlooking the river, followed by a relaxing swim or time in the sauna. From exploring the boutiques to a long lunch with friends, every moment is designed to be memorable.”
