This year’s best residential property in the Asia-Pacific region, built in the Brisbane suburb of Hamilton, has sold for $7 million.
Capital Luxury Residences (CLR) CEO Alissa Birch said the Spanish-inspired luxury residence, Torre, at 36 Langside St, was sold to a local family.
Ms Birch said the inner-city home was named the Best Residential Property in Asia-Pacific at the International Property Awards in August this year, after winning the Australian title in April. (See the pictures below)
Designed by Ms Birch, who is CLR’s Design Director, in collaboration with Melbourne-based Mason Bright Architects, the palatial three-storey home spans 730sqm and includes five bedrooms, four bathrooms, eight-car accommodation, gym area, smart home automation, Gaggenau appliances, a Subzero fridges and a spacious indoor-outdoor entertaining area.
Ms Birch said Torre, which means “tower” in Spanish, featured super contemporary architecture with four-metre-high ceilings bringing in an abundance of natural light and a sense of grandeur and luxury to the property.
She said a stand-out feature was the breathtaking views the home captures from every level of the Brisbane CBD skyline and Brisbane River.
“This project has been a labour of love, we have created a magnificent residence designed for maximum liveability, comfort and luxury for a modern family to enjoy. The result is a home that is a showpiece and feels incredibly luxurious,” Mr Birch said.
“It is meticulously crafted with materials we personally source from around the world. These are materials that have never been used in Australia before. Our commitment is to innovate and bring the very best to our country and our clients.”
