An Australian tour by a reunited Oasis could be on the cards with the group announcing plans to “go to other continents outside of Europe later next year”.

Oasis this week ended years of speculation with the confirmation of the OASIS LIVE ’25 world tour.

It will be the first time brothers Liam and Noel Gallagher have performed under the Oasis banner since 2009.

Shows have been confirmed for Cardiff, Manchester, London, Edinburgh, and Dublin in the summer of 2025.

No formal announcements has been made beyond this but the group confirmed they were planning to do shows on other continents and have labelled the comeback a “world tour”.

Their statement says: “The guns have fallen silent. The stars have aligned. The great wait is over. Come see. It will not be televised.”

The Gallagher brothers have continued to achieve chart success with their own projects outside of Oasis with 10 UK number one albums between them.

The tour announcement coincided with the 30th anniversary of the group’s debut Definitely Maybe album.

More details are on the official tour website.
