Despite the cred of being an Olympic Games city and a rising global destination, these days it is far from a sure bet that big music stars will have Brisbane on their itinerary.

Thankfully, solid Baby Boomer/Gen X artists like Bryan Adams and Kylie Minogue are still a comfortable fit at the Brisbane Entertainment Centre.

In recent times, the likes of Taylor Swift, Olivia Rodrigo and Dua Lipa have left Brisbane off the tour list. And Green Day has opted for the Gold Coast, following in the footsteps of Harry Styles last year.

Kylie’s Tension Tour in 2025 is the Australian songstresses biggest since 2011. Presales begin on Tuesday (September 24) for Telstra members and on Thursday for Frontier member.

The Australian dates to be announced on the Tension Tour 2025 are:

  • Saturday, February 15:  RAC Arena | Perth, WA.
  • Tuesday, February 18:  Adelaide Entertainment Centre | Adelaide, SA.
  • Thursday, February 20:  Rod Laver Arena | Melbourne, VIC.
  • Friday, February 21: Rod Laver Arena | Melbourne, VIC.
  • Wednesday, February 26: Brisbane Entertainment Centre | Brisbane, QLD.
  • Saturday, March 1:  Qudos Bank Arena | Sydney, NSW.
  • Sunday, March 2: Qudos Bank Arena | Sydney, NSW.

Kylie’s new album – Tension II – is being released through Mushroom Music on October 18.

The first single from the new collection Lights Camera Action will be released on September 27 and is available to pre-save now.

Bryan Adams is touring in February 2025, with his Brisbane Entertainment Centre concert on February 13. Limited tickets are still available for the concert
