Step inside the studios of professional and emerging artists as part of the Sandgate Art Society’s Creative Trail this week.
The free event includes open artist studios, galleries, shared creative spaces, creative businesses, and not-for-profit businesses in the diverse artistic community of Bracken Ridge, Brighton, Deagon, Sandgate, and Shorncliffe.
See how the artists create, hear their art journeys, participate in workshops, and watch how they use their skills and techniques to make and create unique artworks.
Workshops include a paper making demonstration, lino cut printmaking, painting with thread, expressive linemarking, assemblage sculpture, and abstract portraiture.
