School-aged Moreton Bay artists have been invited to showcase their creativity, with entries now open for the 2026 Moreton Bay Youth Art Awards.
The annual awards celebrate a diverse range of artistic practices, including two-dimensional and three-dimensional works, with entries accepted across all school year levels.
City of Moreton Bay Mayor Peter Flannery said the program offered students the opportunity to exhibit their work in a supportive, professional gallery environment.
“It gives them the opportunity to build confidence, gain recognition and share their work with the wider community through a public exhibition,” Cr Flannery said.
Prizes are valued between $100 and $1000.
The competition is open to students living in or attending school in Moreton Bay, with entries free and open until October 1, 2026.
