A new luxury residential project by developer Fortis has been approved on the corners of Bowen Terrace, and Langshaw and Moreton streets in New Farm.
Rosemont at 424 Bowen Tce will house 74 large-scale apartments on a mega 5,727 sqm block which has been designed to transform the corner site into a contemporary, lifestyle-focused residential address.
The project has been designed in collaboration with architecture and interiors studio DKO, and landscape architecture by LatStudios.
Four homes will also be built on the former Ozcare aged care site once the apartments have been completed.
Fortis Queensland General Manager Dan Boman said in a statement the design was “shaped by the landscape, light and the neighbourhood’s enduring sense of community.”
“Lush, verdant gardens are at its core, with more than 1,800 sqm of communal gardens and resident amenities. These include a 20-metre pool, gym and wellness studio, hot and cold plunge pools, a private dining room and outdoor entertaining space, a private library, lounge and gallery.”
Rosemont is the fourth Fortis project in Brisbane, following River House in Kangaroo Point, Crest & Walker in Newstead, and a mixed-use project on Racecourse Road in Hamilton.
