The farmers markets will return to Eagle Farm Racecourse – this time powered by the family of foodie powerhouse Jan Power.
Run by Jan’s daughter Astrid Gates and her grand-daughters Emily, Olivia and India, the markets at Ascot will run every Sunday of the month from 7am to 1pm, starting May 10.
A curated mix of farm-fresh produce, meat and seafood, coffee, flowers, hot and cold food, pantry staples, baked goods, plants and artisan products will be on sale.
Jan Power’s Farmers Markets are also on at the Powerhouse and Manly.
