International law firm Allens has appointed commercial lawyer Joseph O’Shea as a Partner in its Brisbane office.
Mr O’Shea acts in complex commercial disputes on behalf of Australian and international companies in court, and in arbitral and Alternative Dispute Resolution settings.
He was named a Doyle’s Guide National Construction and Infrastructure Rising Star.
He has experience acting in Federal and Supreme Court construction, resources, infrastructure and engineering disputes, and providing advice on the administration of major projects, including strategic advice on the management of construction claims.
Mr O’Shea is currently a Managing Associate at Allens. His new position will take effect on July 1, 2026.
