The Queensland Government has announced three new appointments to the Trade and Investment Queensland (TIQ) board.

Lisa France, Jeff Pfaff and Josie Angus have been appointed to the board as part of a refreshed leadership team.

The appointments come after the selection of former Tasmanian Premier Will Hodgman as Chair.

Ms France was an Assistant Minister in the Newman LNP government between 2012 and 2015 and is currently General Manager – Energy and New Technologies at Sener.

Mr Pfaff is a former long-term partner at PwC and is now Managing Director of Tax Navigate Australia.

Ms Angus is a Queensland beef producer.

Minister for Finance, Trade, Employment and Training Ros Bates said the appointments strengthened Queensland’s capacity to compete globally.
