Paul Noonan has been appointed as JLL’s Head of Capital Markets Queensland, in addition to his role as Managing Director.
Noonan will continue to drive institutional and middle market activity, while overseeing JLL Queensland’s Land Sales and Metropolitan Sales and Investments teams.
Associate Director Jack Sullivan will step into a brokerage role alongside Noonan, focusing on institutional and middle market transactions.
Sullivan has been with JLL for eight years and is widely recognised for his leadership capability and deep market expertise.
Noonan brings more than 25 years’ experience in the Australian property industry, and has previously led JLL’s Queensland and New South Wales Capital Markets teams.
