McCullough Robertson Lawyers has announced the appointment of Matthew Glenn as a partner in its real estate team, based in Brisbane.

Mr Glenn joins the firm from Minter Ellison where he spent six years as a partner.

He is an experienced property lawyer specialising in major projects, with particular expertise in delivering solutions across the government, urban renewal and affordable housing sectors.

McR Joint Managing Partner Guy Humble said the appointment would add depth to the firm’s real estate practice and community housing offering.

“Our clients will benefit from Matthew’s client-first mindset and drive for delivering commercially focused solutions,” Mr Humble said.

“This aligns with McR’s commitment to being approachable experts who relate to and support our clients, always.”

McCullough Robertson Chair of Partners Kristan Conlon said she was delighted to welcome Mr Glenn.

“I know our people will benefit from his approach to building high performance teams in a supportive environment, and I am particularly excited to collaborate with him in the community housing sector as we head towards our centenary in 2026,” she said.
