A 28-storey residential tower is planned for St Pauls Terrace in the inner-city Brisbane suburb of Fortitude Valley.
Luxe Property Investments will develop the tower, which will feature a mix of residential and retail on the 2270 sq m site.
Plans submitted to Brisbane City Council show the development, at 286 St Pauls Terrace, would feature 164 apartments and 415 sq m of retail space for three tenancies.
The majority of the apartments will be three bedrooms (62), with 40 four-bedroom, 48 two-bedroom and 14 single-bedroom apartments completing the offering.
The property will feature 1153 sq m of communal space, including a rooftop recreation area with a pool, gym, barbecue areas and landscaped gardens.
There 157 car parking spaces, with 148 reserved for residents, and space for 205 bicycle spaces.
