The Queensland Tourism Industry Council (QTIC) is looking for a new CEO, with Brett Fraser stepping down from the role.
In a statement, the peak industry body for the state’s tourism, hospitality, and events sectors said Mr Fraser would leave the organisation on November 15, after more than two years at the helm.
“Brett has led our organisation with exceptional dedication, guiding us through a period of profound change and helping operators rebuild after the challenges of the pandemic,” the statement said.
Mr Fraser said the organisation was well placed to continue delivering successes for members and industry.
